The project scope focused on the entrance lobby and atrium lighting for the new Qube office building in central London.

The entrance area has two principal functions defined by the reception desk and the waiting area. The fin motif of the building cladding is represented in external thin strips of light recessed into the pavement. An internal “fin” motif ceiling by the reception echoes the façade fins.

The wall behind the reception desk is lit from hidden sources above the ceiling, providing a lit wall which glows creating a focal point after dark.

The wall in the waiting area is a work of art, which is illuminated by continuous wall washers. The atrium space provides a break out space, circulation route and display area, which commences at first floor level.
